3. User Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old or have a representative able to sign contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information about company, tour offers, experience, certifications, and business licenses. Users must respect intellectual property rights. Users may not submit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.

5. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to Plan Fam Trips. By submitting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on our platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms of service.

6. Disputes Between Users

We will review disputes against our established guidelines. Plan Fam Trips remains neutral in user disputes and bases decisions on objective evidence and our platform policies.

7. Paid Services and Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts for violations of our terms, fraudulent activities, or extended inactivity. Users may appeal account termination within 14 days. Upon termination, we will retain user data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer.

10.2 No Responsibility for Trips: We do not organize, operate, or control any of the trips listed on our platform. Plan Fam Trips is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages that may occur before, during, or after trips arranged through our platform.

10.3 No Endorsement: We do not endorse any particular users, trips, or external websites. Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials and suitability of other users they interact with.

10.4 Due Diligence: Users are advised to exercise caution and perform their own due diligence when interacting with others or participating in trips found through our platform.

10.5 Insurance: We strongly recommend that all users obtain appropriate travel and business insurance for any trips or business activities conducted in connection with Plan Fam Trips.

10.6 Release: By using Plan Fam Trips, you release us from any liability for your interactions with other users or for any trips you may participate in as a result of using our platform.
