What We're Looking For
We invite travel professionals to experience Rwanda's premier destinations during low season (March-May 2025). This familiarization trip includes complimentary ground transportation in our custom safari vehicles, with participants covering airfare and meals. Through strategic partnerships with leading hotels, parks, and Rwanda's tourism board, we offer agents the opportunity to experience the country's top attractions at special industry rates. Special fam trip rates for qualified agents (Regular retail from $4,549 per person).
For qualified travel agents participating in our March-May 2025 fam trip program, complimentary ground transportation is provided throughout the itinerary. Participants are responsible for their own international airfare and meals. Special industry rates have been arranged with our accommodation partners.
